All reservations must be paid in advance.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

LESSONS, SIM RENTALS & FITTINGS.

• We require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments (see below for golf schools). Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
• In the event of illness within 24 hours of a sheduled lesson, the student is advised to remain at home and forfeit the session.

JUNIOR/ADULT GOLF SCHOOLS

• All Golf School cancellations and transfers must be made at least 7 days in advance of the program start date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT ALL APPOINTMENT(S) AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND
NON-TRANSFERRABLE

We DO NOT issue refunds. However, rentals and lessons can be transferred.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

• A $25.00 fee will apply to all returned or bounced checks.

The Seth Dichard Golf Center will do everything we can do to safely stay open and provide all services that were scheduled. If we feel that travel becomes unsafe we will contact you through email or social media to let all customers know we are closing. If we do remain open, we do expect our customers to be at their appointments.

Please be mindful of others while using the simulator bay.  Only one person should be swinging on the hitting turf at a time.

You are fully liable for any intentional, or irresponsible damage to SDGC property. Please refrain from bringing food, drink, or golf clubs near computers and monitors. Surveillance cameras are in place to monitor activity.
