Review our Policies
Seth Dichard wants to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience. The folowing are our policies that we ask you to abide by while at the Seth Dichard Golf Center.
Our recommended arrival time is 10 minutes prior to any Golf Lesson and 5 minutes prior to any Simulator time.
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be paid in advance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Cancellation Policy
LESSONS, SIM RENTALS & FITTINGS.
We require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments. A notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment and it will be lost. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refund Policy
We DO NOT issue refunds. However, rentals and lessons can be transferred. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Returned Check Policy
- A $25.00 fee will apply to all returned or bounced checks.
Weather Policy
The Seth Dichard Golf Center will do everything we can do to safely stay open and provide all services that were scheduled. If we feel that travel becomes unsafe we will contact you through email or social media to let all customers know we are closing. If we do remain open, we do expect our customers to be at their appointments.
